To change your e-mail password, you will need to log in to your webmail system. Open up your browser (e.g., Firefox, MSIE, Netscape, etc.) and type in the following URL:
http://www.[yourdomain]/webmail
Substitute the name of your domain for [yourdomain]. For example, if your domain were mydomain.com, you would go to http://www.mydomain.com/webmail to log in to your webmail system.
You will be prompted for your username and current password.

Type your e-mail address where you are prompted for a User Name, and type in your current password where you are prompted for a password. This will take you to your webmail screen.

Near the bottom of this page, you will see a series of links for changing your e-mail options. When you click the first link “Change Password” (shown circled in red, above), you will be prompted to input your new password.
Your new password must be between four and sixteen characters long.
Your password is case sensitive, so Password is different from password or PaSsWoRd.
Your password should be something that is easy for your to remember, but hard for others to guess.
We recommend that your new password should contain both numbers and letters, and should not contain words commonly found in the dictionary.
A very good method for remembering your password it to take a word and number that have special meaning to you, and weaving them together. For example, if your first pet’s name was Rover and you were married in 1999, you might use one of the following passwords:
- r1o9v9e9r
- 19ro99ver
- ro1999ver
Passwords that contain both letters and numbers and that do no contain common words offer the best security for you because they are harder for hackers to guess at.

Type in your new password where prompted, then re-enter it in the box below — this is to confirm your new password. Then click the “Change Password” button. Once your password has been changed, you will receive a confirmation message on your screen.
