There is a known, but unconfirmed bug with Horde webmail, where users successfully log in to the webmail page, but get sent on an infinite loop when they try to log in to Horde.
Rather than logging in to Horde through the webmail screen, try logging in directly from this URL (web site address):
http://[yourdomain]/webmail/horde/imp
Substitute your domain name for [yourdomain]. For example, if your domain name were mydomain.com, you would type in http://mydomain.com/webmail/horde/imp to log in directly to Horde.
